Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping——8–12 business days (depending on destination)——Shipping for addresses within the US are $5 for orders up to $34.99, and free for orders over $35.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website or through our store’s order page.

Tracking Information:
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.

This is because your order is first processed through our international logistics network before reaching your local carrier.

Once your package arrives in your country, tracking will update normally and delivery will be fast.

 Please Note:
This is completely normal for international shipping and does not mean your order is delayed.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support. We will assist you in tracking your order or arranging a replacement.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo proof. We will offer a refund or replacement.
